The meaning of my Pandora

Hi everyone! I thought I’d share something a bit more personal with you all, in my 30 facts about me post I said my most treasured possession is my pandora and this is it. I thought I’d share what every bead means to me and why it’s so special. Here is my pandora:

Right starting from the left:

  • Bow charm – this was part of the set when I got bought my pandora for Christmas. The set came with the bracelet, the 2 clips (numbers 3 and 10) and this bow charm.
  • The horse shoe, brush and boot – I used to ride, in fact I had a horse for a short period of time. Horse riding has always been a passion of mine and is something close to my heart. One day I hope to get back into it.
  • Blue mosaic looking charm – this actually was swapped with a white charm with blue spots as it had scratched (however I picked that one up when sales shopping – one of my favourite activities)
  • Heart with paw prints – this I bought when we had our family dog, he meant the world to me and I miss him dearly.
  • Silver charm with blue hearts – I bought this Christmas of 2014 so it reminds me of my favourite season winter and everything it entails eg Halloween, Christmas spirit etc
  • Dog bone – this is the most meaningful charm to me as I bought it the day my dog was put down, in memory of him.
  • Open clockwork charm – I was bought this by my mother for my 16th birthday.
  • Blue and green triangle bead – my Godmother bought this for me as a birthday present and as I don’t see her that often it reminds me of her.
  • The sparkly blue ball charm – I actually bought this for myself for my 17th birthday. I used a gift card from my Aunt and Uncle so it reminds me of them.
  • The horse – my Nan chose this for me, I wanted something to remember her as I don’t see her very often as I’d like.

I hope you enjoyed reading about my pandora and why it means so much to me. Every bead has a little memory so everytime I feel down my bracelet reminds me of all the people who are there for me.

Do you have any treasured possessions? What’s your favourite pandora bead? Let me know in the comments below, I’d love to know.

  2. What do you watch on Youtube? Mainly beauty; especially Zoella, Sprinkleofglitter, Gabriella,  themaddiebruce, Emma Blackery… The list is endless!
  3. Does your family and friends know you have a blog? Yes they do, however my family don’t know what my blogs called but my friends do!

  5. Do you prefer online or real life shopping & why? Both! Haha! I’m an absolute shopaholic! However if I had to pick one probably online as I love shopping in the sale but I hate trying to look through everything in store so online definitely makes it easier.

A lunch at Carluccio’s

After a rather unproductive morning of revision, me and my friend decided to pop out for lunch. We thought we’d give Carluccio’s a try as we’d never been here before and fancied something slightly different from Pizza Express or Nandos despite how tasty they are!

With only a small appetite I decided to have a salad (trying to be healthy too!) I went for the Niçoise salad which was lovely despite the anchovies and had had a side of verdura fritta which were slightly too salty for my liking. My friend had the starter chicken liver pate as a main, which she enjoyed and a rather pathetic caprese side consisting of one lonely basil leaf, tomato, mozzarella and black olives.

Overall it was a nice meal however we decided we probably wouldn’t be returning but enjoyed the overall experience. I’ll try remember to photograph next time!

Lush Happy Daze Review

LUSH HAPPY DAZE REVIEW

I recently went out and purchased the Lush Happy Daze gift set so I’d thought I might as well review it! The gift box contains 4 items; Granny Takes A Dip, Brightside Mini, The Comforter Mini and Fizzbanger.

First of all the bath bombs; Granny Takes A Dip and Fizzbanger. Granny Takes A Dip is a colourful circular bath bomb with a fresh lemon and ginger scent. Fizzbanger is a bright yellow bath bomb with a citrus scent.

This set also included 2 bubble bars, Brightside and The Comforter both in mini versions which are adorable! Brightside has a strong lemon and orange scent with is one of my favourites, so I’m super excited to use this. The Comforter is an all time favourite of mine, with the sweet blackcurrant scent.

I will post pictures as and when I use them to show how they turn your bath into a magical heaven!
